About SLPOA

Shongum Lake Property Owners Association (SLPOA) is a private homeowners association in Randolph, NJ made up of more than 800 properties with deeded rights to use Shongum Lake. SLPOA membership includes beach access; boating privileges; free swim lessons; a clubhouse; and a full calendar of social events (please visit our events page for more details).

SLPOA is run by a volunteer Executive Council, who are elected by SLPOA members and serve two year terms. The Council oversees the finances; environment; beach and property management; events; security; membership and overall well being of the lake, the community, and its residents.
